Strengthen your foster or kinship parenting skills in this evidence-based, trauma-informed program for parents and caregivers of children and teens. KEEP provides practical strategies to manage challenging behaviors, reduce stress, and promote your child’s well-being while helping prevent placement disruptions. The interactive program combines research-based approaches with real-life experiences shared by other foster and kinship parents. Age-specific content for toddlers, ensures guidance is tailored to each child’s needs. Sessions are offered online over 16 weeks, giving you a flexible way to connect with other parents, learn practical techniques, and apply them at home.
