You’ll explore strategies to guide your child through their expanding world, using positive discipline and “words that work” to build connection, cooperation, and mutual respect. The group also covers emotion coaching to help your child manage upsets and meltdowns, while giving you space to reflect on your goals, values, and family routines. Sessions provide practical tools and peer support to help you feel confident in guiding your child through this developmental stage.

Join other parents and caregivers of 3-year-olds in this engaging group designed to support positive parent-child relationships during this exciting stage. You’ll explore strategies to address challenges unique to THREEs, understand your child’s temperament, strengths, and challenges, and learn about brain development at this age. Sessions also cover warm and firm discipline techniques to help you guide your child with confidence and care. The group provides practical tools and peer support to help you navigate the joys and challenges of raising a THREE.

Take time to focus on your family in this 12-week group for parents and caregivers of children from birth to 8 years old. You’ll explore practical ways to manage stress, learn about child development, and build your toolkit for positive discipline. Sessions provide strategies and guidance to help you strengthen relationships with your children while navigating the challenges of family life.

You’ll explore child development, positive discipline, and ways to prevent accidents with babies. The group also provides opportunities for friendship, support, and information about community resources. Sessions include fun activities, games, and songs to enjoy with your children, while also covering topics like self-esteem, family communication, and managing stress and anger. Circle of Security

Build a stronger, more secure relationship with your child through interactive sessions designed for parents and caregivers. You’ll learn to understand your child’s emotional needs, notice behavioral cues, and respond in ways that promote trust, confidence, and emotional security. The class also offers practical strategies for managing challenging behaviors, fostering healthy attachment, and nurturing positive parent-child connections. This program is designed for parents and caregivers of children age 0-5 years. The goal is to increase parenting skills and promote healthy family life. Classes provide information and practical experience on several important topics, including effective communication, establishing routines, positive discipline, and self nurturing.

Collaborative Problem Solving®

In this free 8-week Collaborative Problem Solving® class, you’ll learn practical tools to strengthen relationships, reduce conflict, and better understand challenging behaviors. You’ll build problem-solving, communication, and emotional regulation skills that can help make everyday life at home and school feel more manageable. The class is designed to support parents and caregivers in creating positive, lasting changes for their families.
