Incredible INFANTs

Connect with other parents and caregivers of babies 0–4 months old in this 10-week group that meets every other week. You’ll have the chance to form relationships with families going through similar experiences, learn to respond to your baby’s unique needs, and explore the role of self-care and changes in your adult relationships. The group also focuses on supporting your baby’s healthy brain development through play and nurturing interactions, as well as guiding family routines and structures, including thoughtful media use. New groups begin every 4–6 weeks, offering ongoing opportunities to join and connect.
