The Early Childhood Hub of Lane County (Hub) respects the privacy of our community partners. All personal information from or concerning those people is kept strictly confidential by paid staff and volunteers unless the community partners grant permission to use the information.

Personal information includes names and addresses, employers, business addresses, credit card numbers, social security numbers, email addresses, etc.

All electronic data is stored on a secure server with restricted access. The Hub uses industry standard encryption and security protocols when processing and storing personal information.

The Hub does not sell, rent, or transmit personal information and consent with third parties / affiliates or partners for marketing or promotional purposes.

The Hub may use personal information, with permission, for referral, testimonial, or example.

Community members may receive correspondence from the Hub after submission of community events and public engagement opportunities. Such persons may opt out of future communications by contacting us.

The privacy of community partners, website visitors, and members of the general public is important to the Hub.
